I could not finish without support staff such as for Nitin, for transport and Shekhar who took care of my nutrition.
Gates is a very good and well-organized company with real professionals, and I hope that it will remain the same and will last a very long time.
Thanks to everyone and I would come back for my CCIE security.

With 15 years of experience in IT and 10 years with Cisco, I had a limited time between two jobs to complete some training and I was planning on attending a CCNA/CCNP Bootcamp from an outfit in Atlanta. At the last minute they cancelled the class on me and told me I would have to wait for 2 months for the next class. I scrambled around on the internet trying to find another class to meet my needs and all of the other schools in the US were either full or had a situation where I would have to wait for months.
I called Gates training and they didn't have a combined CCNA/CCNP bootcamp that met my schedule, but they were so flexible that they arranged to have an instructor come in and cover the CCNA material with me individually. Afterwards I entered into a CCNP course that was already scheduled. The instructors were excellent, top notch professionals and they knew a lot of practical, real world applications for the material in the classes. They spoke excellent English and there were no communications difficulties.
The other students were a mixture of local people and Indian expatriates, home for training and all spoke excellent English as well, so the classroom experience was perfect. I was picked up at the airport and driven to my hotel on my first day in India. The next morning, and every morning thereafter, I was picked up by a driver from the school, taken in for classes and driven back to the hotel in the evening. The driver also took me elsewhere in Mumbai, when I needed to run special errands or needed something.
Every morning when I came into the school, one of the office staff would come and bring me some type of breakfast or ask me if I wanted to order breakfast. Most of the time I wasn't really hungry, but it seemed to make them happy when I ate. They also made lots of snacks available during the day, ordered my lunch for me and brought it to me and took care of my evening meals as well. It will be uncomfortable for many westerners to have someone serving them in this way, but I am told it is OK. The hotel where I stayed was very nice and comparable to many modestly priced hotels in the US.
The amount of material we covered was too much for me to complete all my exams while I was in India, but I took the most difficult exams and passed them with ease, leaving little to be done afterward. I highly recommend Gates training and would tell any westerner that it is well worth the trouble of flying, staying in a hotel, etc. for the training you get. It was much better and more focused on me than the training I could have obtained anywhere else. To top it all off, it cost less airfare included, than I would have paid in Atlanta.

MCSE CCNA

I came across Gates from a friend who had visited their website.
The website promised an MCSE in 17 days and that's exactly what they delivered
on the 17th day. Took my final and most frightening exam and I passed and thus
achieved my goal. The help and guidance given on the MCSE, CCNA bootcamp
training was second to none.
I had a thoroughly enjoyable time during my MCSE, CCNA bootcamp at Gates. The
training has imparted a lot of new ideas and concepts to me. The instructor was
fantastic. All my doubts were answered on the spot. Both the trainers were very
nice, open and patient. They had excellent communication skills and an ability
to explain complex IT ideas.
All the staff was more than ready to give a helping hand.
Thank you to Sarika, the Bootcamp Helpdesk Coordinator, for arranging my
birthday celebration, and for the amazing birthday cake.

Hi guys!
I am from Spain and have been working on Microsoft
, SAP and Novell for quite some time. I and my friend Nicholas Stuart White who
is a SAP consultant were looking at training options on ethical hacking and
came across www.gatestraining.com . We were looking for something immediate and after exchanging emails for a
couple of times, a special training session was arranged to fit our schedules,
we didn't mind the costs cause we were all set to go to India for the CEH
taining. We were scheduled to go to Delhi for the training but finally chose
Mumbai. And we were happy we did that.
It was simply unbelievable that with such a short
notice of less than 48 hrs, not only was the training arranged but the airport
pickup, hotel confirmation was all in place before we landed. We started the
training a day later since the EC council partnership was being signed up and
we did not repent about our decision because we were well informed ahead of
time of the situation.
The trainer was fabulous and we cleared the
certification on the 6th day. We were given sample questions for exam
preparation. The facilities are excellent and the staff courteous.
I would recommend it to all my friends, interested
in Security courses.

Namaste!!
It is said that “small organizations would lead the way in this new era of great Change, Competition and Complexity.” –Peter Drucker
The above statement is a true reflection of the dynamics and excellence that takes place at Gates Training. The quest of becoming an excellent IT professional led me to Gates in Dadar, Mumbai; with the kind of organizational efficiency I witnessed at Gates I will say they have met and exceeded my expectations, their staff are quick to respond to all your queries.
The training I received at Gates was top of the range comparable to any highly rated training center across the globe; it is very in-depth and applicable. Let me chip in a word or two about my instructors (Varsha –CCNA and Bindurag -MCSE); they are very professional, knowledgeable and hands-on with their course areas.
My overall experience at Gates is I feel empowered!
My Thanks goes to God Almighty, to my very knowledgeable instructors and all the staff and management of Gates I say Sukriya! |

I have been in the rapidly changing Telecommunications industry for 16 years. My experience has been majorly in the Telecommunications/Data communications networking.
After having so much of experience I was keen for cisco certifications and hence decided to join Gates, in India.
The training at Gates was first class and the instructor was very professional. I will indeed be using Gates again in future as an when my training is needed as I felt very catered for by Gates staff as a whole.
I do feel the training at its intensity does require a fair pre knowledge therefore some professional experience or academic study of the subject beforehand is useful.
I have recommended Gates to many of my friends after I returned to the UK.

This is convey the good news of passing the
CCIE Security lab on first attempt.
The bootcamp was great, clarifying all gray
areas and boosting confidence that the lab is
doable, I cannot fail to also mention the postbootcamp
support ensuring that I had enough
time on the remote-rack.
The workbook was very useful delving into the
heart of the technologies giving me different
scenarios to tackle for the various technologies
covered by the blueprint thus aiding my ability
to master these technologies.
Thank you guys and keep up the good work.

|
I have worked for many years as IT security consultant for DB
Systems (the IT company of German Railways) in Frankfurt/Germany and I
participated at the CompTIA Security+ training at GATES during my last
vacations in Mumbai. I wanted to update my IT security know how, and to check
the quality of the GATES courses in general, because the GATES trainings are so
incredibly budget-priced (for German conditions).
The CompTIA Security+ training was very good in concept, management,
performance and price!
First of all the overall friendliness and professionalism of the training
management staff and the faculty was very impressive. And the "english"
articulation of the faculty speaker was very good understandable for me as a
German.
The concept of lectures and short practical exercises in the Security+ lab is
very interesting and innovative; I haven't found it in such way in Germany yet!
After each chapter the participants had to work on a small exercises, and each
participant had an own PC for that! Where else I have such opportunity for
sniffing after confidential FTP passwords, to blue screen servers with hacking
tools and to secure my E-Mail with PGP - "pretty good privacy"? Thank you very
much for that much valuable hands-on-experiences! By the way: In respect of the
lab-concept, there are also very small classes with max. 6 participants. That
ensures a very personal and effective learning - very good!
The learning material is also very good. We used the internationally
bestselling book "Security+ Study Guide" of Michael Cross et al. At the
beginning of the course I wondered as how to work through this thick book and
all the exercises in only 5 days - but the GATES people made that possible!
All in all I had a very good training week: Beside the competent update and
consolidation of my knowledge in several of the 5 Security+ domains we had a
lot of fun! And you can tighten international contacts - in my training there
was participants also from Africa, India and the UK. For my next vacations in
India I will surely check the dates of the trainings at the GATES website!

The good thing about GATES is that i found myself in an
environment of knowledgeable instruction, group discussions, and labs. Everyone
there was serious about the subject matter and was interested in learning. By
the time I returned to the states six months later, I had cleared all 7 of the
MCSE 2000 exams, and even thrown in a one-week CCNA course to boot (US $300).
And the best thing is that three weeks after being back in the US, I landed a
job as Systems Engineer with a large public company in Dallas, something I had
been unable to do only six months before.
In sum, studying in India was a good decision, both economically and
scholastically. I learned value concepts at a price that I could afford, and in
an environment free of distraction where the concepts could really sink in.
I use what I learned at GATES daily in my job, and if I have any questions or
doubts, a quick email to an old instructor will usually render the right
answer.'

I'm really impressed with the technical knowledge that Mr. Khawar has and the depth he goes into to explain the topics is really amazing. The support extended by Khawar and team to address the queries anytime are simply outstanding. The 24 Hrs lab facilities offered are really great. It's the best trainings I have ever attended. I attended the bootcamp at the end of August and took the exam on October 2nd and passed. This was my first attempt at Security.

Often people say the journey is greater than the destination that's been so true
of my experience at Gates.
I'll return home with an MCSE & hopefully a CCNA certificate but that doesn't seem to really represent the value that I've got out of the Gates boot camp experience. The "GATES" experience was absolutely phenomenal. I couldn't speak more highly of the every aspect of their institution. Their Administrator was extremely kind, courteous and professional and their training staff was amazing -able to teach and educate you so that no matter what you struggle with they'll help you understand it within minutes. I'm sure that wherever I end up in IT, "GATES" boot camp experience will provide a solid foundation to my future.

Hello I am Seetal Patel from London, UK.
I have no reservation at all in recommending Gates to anyone who is considering in obtaining IT Training and Certification. I was extremely pleased with the level of commitment that the entire staff had shown toward helping me in obtaining my CCNP.
The mode of training was of the right quantity and quality – just right to make complex topics such as the ones in CCNP a joy to learn.
Needless to say that I will definitely be recommending Gates to my colleagues for their IT certification needs.
Wishing everyone at Gates the very best! And good luck to all fellow students.

Hello Khawar,
I hope you are doing well. I'm not sure if you remember me or not, but I attended your security bootcamp back in June of last year. I wanted to let you know that I passed my security lab earlier this month. Thanks for all of your help. The workbook and class both were great!
I remember you saying that you were planning to take your voice lab. I'm planning to attempt that track also and have your voice workbook. Can you tell me if there are any workbook updates planned for the lab changes that are coming up in July?

All in all, I am leaving GATES having met my requirements and with the

Other staffs are always there to assist and do their

Mumbai is also a place to be always, most especially
for africans who love adventures, there are many
places of site seeing and relaxation, most especially

I am done with the CCVP training and will be leaving by tomorrow. The training was excellent and it was real worth making to this training from UK. I think Mr Faisal the CCVP trainer is one of the best in the world, he helped a lot with the technologies and LAB, we had 24/7 lab for the whole duration of the course which has really helped a lot to understand the course practically. The guest house service and specially food service was more then what I expected, it was really a helpfully environment. In simple words the time and money I spend for this course was really worth.
Thanks for your help.

MCSE MCDBA
|
I decided to come to Mumbai, India for my MCSE, MCDBA training
as I had heard the level and quality of training was outstanding. It was proved
to me as true by Gates.
I did a MCSE Messaging Specialization bootcamp and also enrolled for the full
MCDBA. Total 4 weeks of training at a fraction of the cost of London's prices.
I can now return to London and feel like I can apply for the high end contract
roles. A combination of my 10 years experience plus the certifications earned
at Gates, I am hoping would make me a favorable candidate.
The Gates training facilities and staff go out of their way to make sure you
are comfortable while visiting. I also found them to be very flexible with
their courses to make sure I was getting the training I required.
Big thanks for Pramod (my tutor) for his outstanding patience and teaching
abilities to help me gain my knowledge.
I would recommend Gates to anyone who is interested in experiencing India and
wanting to further their IT skills.

Thanks to all of you for everything.
What I am really proud about is the fact that I got 100 out of 100 in a tough

Manoj. At GATES what I have earned is pure knowledge, which keeps me at pace
with the fast growing IT industry.

I'm working at the moment for the Brazilian Naval Commission in
Europe, which is a Department of the Brazilian Embassy in London. I'm a Network
Engineer for the IT department performing Network administration in a multi
environment platform (Novell Netware and Windows NT). I have twelve years
experience and was desperately looking for getting certified on Microsoft and
Cisco.
While surveying the boot camp companies I bumped into
www.gatesbootcamp.com and started my communication with their office. I
wasn't sure about the level of training in India, but had read a lot about
GATES on the forums and after exchanging mails and receiving a call from them I
confirmed my seat. I must say that although I took up MCSE+CCNA+CCNP, I
attempted certifications for MCSE and CCNA only and was happy with the results.
CCNP training was more than enough for me. I was exhausted to take the exams
but came home back with the exam preparation material and took up the exams
back home. I think it was the one of the wisest decision I took. The
MCSE+CCNA+CCNP would cost me £14400 in UK and boy, after taking the British
airways along with the all inclusive boot camp it cost me only £4500, Phew !
The most cost effective training I ever took and the quality of instruction and
service was AMAZING !

Before I share my experience about the boot camp, a little about
me, I come from Manchester, UK. I have done my B.Sc in Computer science and
have 5 years Network, PC support.
I must say that I underestimated the intensity and the hardwork
required to sustain the boot camp. By the fourth day I was home sick and
was wanting to get back home. However, I was confident that after completing
certification my take home would be up by 40% -50% and keeping that goal
in mind I completed the MCSE and CCNA boot camp successfully. It was a nice
feeling to return home stamped as MCSE certified. CCNA exam was too much for me
to take. One has to be prepared for longer days and very short nights.
The faculty is excellent and so is the facility. The staff are just
too good. I need not say that I have virtually been treated like a prince from
the royal family ( UK ).
Time would fail me if I begin to mention names but suffice to
say that the boot camp coordinator and the Instructor were both outstandingly
good to me. And I thoroughly enjoyed my days , except that they were hectic and
stressful.

little experience in the field and walked away with my certifications and a lot
more knowledge than ever imagined.
Although it was tough work trying to remember so much

A couple of tests that I didn't clear the first time, I was encouraged and
motivated to study and take it over again! Deciding to return to Gates for even
more certifications ! The staff are very friendly the instructors take pride in
making sure that you get all the help you need, and there experience is
awesome!
If you are really willing to sit late night and wake up early and
study, study, study take the camp at Gates and they have all the facilities and
the know how to ensure that you walk away with your certifications. It was an
amazing experience and I am glad I took that decision.
Thanks Gates Boot Camp!

and the driver were all very helpful. Keep up the good work. Will come

My name is Ronnie D. Hopkins and am a Senior Technical
Support Manager - European Region for five sites in Germany and Italy at Anteon
Corporation.
Anteon is a leading systems integration company
that provides mission, operational and IT enterprise support to the U.S.
government. We design, integrate, maintain, and upgrade systems for national
defense, intelligence, emergency response, infrastructure and other
high-priority government missions. We also provide many of our customers with
the systems engineering and program management skills necessary to manage the
development and operations of their mission-critical systems.
I manage IT support contracts. I have an
extensive background in the Windows Operating System, and minimal experience in
Red Hat Linux. I am A+ certified.
For our RHCE certification I did some research on
the internet and I was quite pleased with the speed at which I received
responses via email and phone calls from the USA and the India office of GATES.
We were given a pre qualification test to assess our current knowledge and
guided accordingly.
The trainers technical knowledge and the
presentation skills is excellent. Doubts were answered on the spot. The trainer
deserves a rating of 10 on a scale of 10.Being RHCE certified he was able to
train us exactly on what to expect. I found the training very useful in
understanding Red Hat Linux from ground up. I will be sending another 3 guys
from my team for the same training.

I travelled miles and miles for the course. On the
first day I was scared and nervous but when I saw the learning facility it was
excellent and the friendly staff and Instructors, made me comfortable the first
day. I came here for my CCNA, I will come back for my CCNP. I also came here
alone but will leave with many friends. GATES , I thank you. The Instructors
are awesome.
I really enjoyed myself and will come back for my next certification. Good Job.

The only thing I knew is that I definitely needed a certification
to move on with a better job, so after spending time surfing in the Internet I
finally got into Gates website.
I was referring to quite a lot of forums and
seeking help from people all over to guide me. I was majorly pushed by the good
experience that Simon Davies had, and finally decided to go for it.
What I found here? An amazing country... India !
Don't be worried about India , such a cool place! People don't misguide
you. They are so honest that you can trust them for what they are saying.
I did the CCNA and MCSE at GATES and I had very
good trainers, with deep knowledge of the subject ready to answer at any time
and to stay with you after lesson time. I can't hide the fact that it has been
one of my hardest studying time, but it was really worth. For the future, yes
because I am quite sure I will be back for and update, I will go through the
material before and then do the course. Time is against you when you have 5
days to complete quite big book, and coming here pretending to do it straight
away it will not take you faraway.
The training centre gives you lots of
possibilities, nice and high tech labs, open really early in the morning till
late night.Definitely having my laptop with me helped me a lot since once back
in my room I could keep studying, doing test and simulation.
A big thanks goes to all Gates staff, they are
really nice and ready to help in any possible way: accommodation, food,
transports, etc.. really big big THANK YOU!
Be ready for a study marathon, but don't worry is
not going to hurt you, is going to help you a lot, it will open loads of doors
to the IT world !
