We thank you for registering with Gates.
Please read the policies carefully and sign the same as acceptance and fax/ scan
us back the copy of the same. This document is a part of the registration
process.
Registration and Policies
You may register online by

call you to confirm, so please have your payment details ready.
Early registration is advised since classes are filled on a "first come first
served" basis. Classes are usually limited to 6 students, with one student per
workstation.
Your seat is guaranteed when full payment is received. A seat may be
temporarily reserved using a faxed copy of a registration form; however, Gates
must receive full payment no later than ten (10) days prior to the start date
of the class to guarantee a seat in the class.
Payment
Full payment must be received at least ten (10) business days before the
scheduled class begins. Students who have not paid in full cannot be admitted
to the classroom.

Confirmation
Upon receipt of full payment, a confirmation letter and directions to
the training site will be mailed to you. Payment must be made in advance to
ensure your reservation. If you do not receive a confirmation, please call us

Cancellation / Substitutions
All Boot camp / Instructor-Led / Onsite classes have a US $500 registration fee, which is non -
refundable. If course material has been provided when any cancellation occurs,
an additional $250 fee will be charged.
You may cancel or reschedule a class Thirty (30) business days in advance of
the start date of the class at no charge.
30 days:-Cancellations received up to 30 working days before
the training are refundable less the registration, hotel and course material
charges.
15 days:-Cancellations made within fifteen (15) business days
of the starting date of the class are subject to a 50% fee, less the
registration, hotel and course material charges .
7 Days:-Cancellations made within Seven( 7 ) business days of
the starting date of the class are subject to a 25% fee, less the registration,
hotel and course material charges .
25% fee will be charged for rescheduling.
Substitution can be considered at any time.
No refunds will be granted for any student who fails to attend a course or
cancel a course on or after the first day of class. Courseware is nonrefundable
once opened or received.
All refunds will made by cheques only, no cash refunds will be entertained.
Refunds cannot be made without valid receipt.
Exam fees are not inclusive of course fees unless otherwise specified
Schedule Change
Course schedule and prices are subject to change without notice. Gates reserves
the right to reschedule, cancel or postpone any course should circumstances
make it necessary. Advance notice will be given in the unlikely event of a
course being canceled and full credit will be applied to the next regularly
scheduled course offering. Gates is not responsible for travel or accommodation
charges in the event of any schedule change.
Promotions
The company has the right to make promotions and offers from time to time to
new customers. In case of students who have registered before and want to avail
of current promotion then they have to adhere to the refund policy before
taking fresh admissions.
Prerequisites
Some courses have prerequisites to ensure each student receives the maximum
benefit of each class. All students are responsible for checking to see that
they meet the suggested course prerequisites to ensure a uniform level of
skills in a class.
