We are a group of 14 staff IT department of our bank as full time batch for
MCSE. Till the date of admission our knowledge about Windows 2003 and
networking was limited to installation of operating system.
We are fascinated by the excellent teaching style of the faculty

working environment is replied with enthusiasm.

Microsoft Windows Security Course. Gates Instructors Franklin John and Javed
Khan were chosen to perform the task.
We wanted a suitable candidate who would have a minimum
MCSE certification in Windows 2000, also be advanced in DNS, DHCP, WINS, RRAS
and familiar with security protocols.The person also needed to be experienced
in Multi platform security across WANs and LANs and
Remote Users.

TCE Consulting Engineers Limited has embarked to automate and integrate all its
current business processes. The consolidated TCE IT infrastructure includes an
amalgamation of application software, servers for the same and a WAN between
offices which would allow optimum flow of business data.
As a part of this project seven servers will be located at the Worli office of
TCE which will function as a data center, further three servers will be located
at Bangalore which will function as back up and disaster recovery center. The
servers will be running MS Windows 2000 Advanced Server.
For effective utilisation of the available resources, TCE wanted to get their
System Administrators and Engineers updated with Windows 2000 server. TCE was
looking out for an Institute excelling in delivery of corporate training for
Windows 2000. TCE selected Gates after a survey of training institutes wherein
the clinching factor was the infrastructure and the certified faculty.

Linux. We enquired with various institutes and selected Gates for this
assignment.
Mr. Chiradeep Chhaya of Gates conducted our CCNA course. His in-depth
theoretical knowledge on the subject in addition to his expertise on Linux and
Security made us request Gates to assign our Linux courses to him. We were
satisfied with the manner in which the courses were conducted.
